SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges of Rs. 50 are applicable for orders priced upto Rs. 1999.
Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000.
The above mentioned shipping costs are not valid for international shipments. International shipping fees are chargeable at a flat rate of Rs. 2000. All orders are shipped by a reputed shipping company. If your location is not serviced by our courier service providers, we will ship the order by registered speed post.

Note: Our courier partners will make 2 attempts to deliver the product(s). If they fail on each account for whatever reason, the package will be returned to us. To have us ship the order again, an extra shipping fee will be charged. This fee is not negotiable and we urge The Buyer to be available for the delivery or inform us beforehand in case of any special circumstances.

RETURN POLICY
Return
Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer Dekorrify on the website “www.dekorrify.com”.
The Buyer may Return a product only if the following situations arise:
Item was defective
Wrong item was sent by the Seller
You can return your purchase within 7 business days of receiving the order by sending us an email to dekorrify@gmail.com with your Order No. #. You will need to ensure that the item reaches us safely, intact, in an unused condition, with all its original packaging and accessories. On inspecting the returned item, we will process refund for the products returned. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case Buyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund. The package must be sent via a prepaid, insured and trackable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. The delivery is to be made to the registered office address as mentioned herein / below.

No returns will be accepted for International shipments. A full or partial refund of the product value may be processed in such a case after providing proof of damage or defect. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order No.#.
A cancellation fee of Rs. 40 will be applicable on all orders.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.
If a product colour is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative colour option in advance.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Dekorrify.
